We subscribe to the principals of the data protection legislation in the United Kingdom. Maintaining the security of any personal information received from you.

This Policy also sets out your choices regarding use, access and correction of personal information.

Information Collected by Us

We collect anonymous information about the visitors to our website for analytics purposes, and personal information from those users who complete the contact form, or sometimes from those who provide information over the phone when calling with an enquiry.

When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about our Solutions you will be required to provide the Company with personal contact information. All information input during participation in any interactive presentation on this site is not stored.  It is used once during the process to pass information to you demonstrating aspects of the functionality of the solutions provided by Simply Intelligent, and then destroyed.

We also collect personal information from customers to perform the services requested.

When signing-up for any of our Solutions you will be asked to provide basic personal information. Additionally, you will need to provide the Company with financial qualification and billing information. Simply Intelligent uses credit card information solely to check the financial qualifications and collect payments from Customers.

The Company uses data about Simply Intelligent Customers to perform the services requested. The Company may also use data about Simply Intelligent customers for marketing purposes.

Cookies, Web Beacons and IP Addresses
Simply Intelligent uses commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons, to collect information as you navigate the Company’s web sites (“Web Site Navigational Information”).

Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the Company’s web sites (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).

You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on our web sites or Solutions.

We use 1st party cookies for Google Analytics usage and WordPress settings.

Cookies are collected from third party sites so that you can be logged in to your account on their site and share our content simply and easily. We do not control the setting of these cookies and we recommend you visit the third party websites for more information.

Sharing of Information Collected by Us

Simply Intelligent does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

Simply Intelligent may share Data about Visitors and Customers with contracted service providers so that they can provide services on our behalf. These service providers are authorised to use your personal information only as necessary to provide the requested services to us.

Simply Intelligent uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company’s behalf.

Simply Intelligent reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

International Information Transfer
The Company primarily stores Data about Simply Intelligent Customers and Data about Simply Intelligent Attendees in the United Kingdom. To facilitate Simply Intelligent’s global operations, the Company may transfer and access such information from around the world, including from other countries in which the Company has operations. This Privacy Statement shall apply even if Simply Intelligent transfers Data about Simply Intelligent Customers to other countries.

Simply Intelligent uses robust security measures to protect Data about Simply Intelligent Customers.

Simply Intelligent may retain your information for a period of time consistent with the original purpose of collection. We also may retain your information during the period of time needed for Simply Intelligent to pursue our legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Your Collected Data

Simply Intelligent’s Customers may electronically submit data or information to the Solutions for hosting and processing purposes (“Customer Data”). Simply Intelligent will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in Simply Intelligent’s Client Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law.

Our solutions platform web site uses an “import contacts” function. When you provide us with personal information about your contacts, we will only use this information for the specific reason for which it is provided, such as to add and update records within your Simply Intelligent account.

Simply Intelligent uses robust security measures to protect your Data. Data is stored for no less that a period of 12 months following the close date of the relevant data capture campaign.

In accordance with Simply Intelligent’s Client Subscription Agreement, Simply Intelligent may access Customer Data only for the purpose of providing the Services or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law.

Mobile Applications (Apps)
Simply Intelligent may obtain information through applications (“Mobile Applications”) that Customers or their authorised individuals (“Users”) download to, and run on, their mobile devices (“Devices”).

Information accessed or obtained by the Mobile Application on a User’s Device may be accessible to the Customer and its organisation, depending on the intended functionality of the Mobile Application.

Mobile Applications provided by Simply Intelligent may obtain information from, or access data stored on, Users’ Devices to provide services related to the relevant Mobile Application. Simply Intelligent may use this information to provide and improve their Mobile Application services. Simply Intelligent may also share anonymous data about these actions with third party providers of analytics services.

If a User downloads a Simply Intelligent Mobile Application from a third-party advertiser the User information is provided to Simply Intelligent.

The Company encourages you to review the End User License Agreement or relevant terms of service related to any Mobile Applications you download, install, use, or otherwise interact with.

Simply Intelligent may provide updated versions of its Mobile Applications. If your mobile device’s settings permit, those updates will be downloaded and installed automatically. By installing a Simply Intelligent Mobile Application on your mobile device, you consent to the downloading and updating of that Mobile Application.

The Mobile Application’s access to information through a User’s Device does not cause that information to be “Customer Data” under Simply Intelligent’s Master Subscription Agreement with the Customer or under this Privacy Statement, except as follows: To the extent that a User uses a Mobile Application to submit electronic data and information to a Customer account on our Services pursuant to the Customer’s Client Subscription Agreement with Simply Intelligent (or a similar agreement that governs the Customer’s subscription(s) to Simply Intelligent’s Services), that information constitutes “Customer Data” as defined in such agreement, and the provisions of that agreement with respect to privacy and security of such data will apply.

You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the Company’s marketing emails.

Updating and Correcting your Information
You may request to review, correct, delete or otherwise modify any of the personal information that you have previously provided to us through the Company’s web sites and Solutions.

If you have registered for an account with Simply Intelligent, you may update your user settings, profile, organisation’s settings by logging into the Simply Intelligent solution platform web site. To update your billing information, discontinue your account, and/or request return or deletion of your Data associated with your account, please contact us.

Please email with your request, which will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

If personal information has been submitted to us by a Simply Intelligent customer and you wish to access, correct, amend, or delete such data, please contact our customer directly. If you wish to make your request directly to Simply Intelligent, please provide the name of the Simply Intelligent customer who submitted your data to our Solutions. We will refer your request to our customer and support them in responding to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
